You can pay with a PayPal account if you have one, or you can click on the option  to "Pay with a credit card" to submit your payment without logging into PayPal.  American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards are accepted.

Once your payment has been received, an email will be sent to you with details about the application process.
