Instructions for Uploading Oral Assessment Recordings using FileZilla (FTP client)

1. Download FileZilla – Follow the link below to go to the official download site. FileZilla is a free FTP (file transfer protocol) client and is available for both Windows and Mac.  Click here to download now .

2. Install the software and start the program..

3. Under the file menu select “site manager”.

4. Click on “New Site” and give it a name (i.e. IAAC) and use the following information to set up a new connection:

Hostname: ftp.adhdcoachinstitute.org    Port: 21

Servertype: FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

Logontype: Normal

Username:

password:

(A username and password will be sent to you in the instructions letter that will be sent by the Credentialing Coordinator.)

5. Click on connect.

To upload a file:

1. The left side windows are for navigating to files on your local machine. You can use the top window to find the directory and the bottom window to locate the file you want to upload.

2. Once you have found the file you want to upload you can simply double click on it to send it to the webserver's host machine.

3. Once it has been uploaded it will show in the right lower window.

4. Close FileZilla, your all done.
