How to insert a photo into your Member Directory listing:

The first thing is to upload the photo as your "avatar" in your profile.  You can view this photo, once published and approved, by using the search box on the front page to search for your name.  Your profile should appear as an item in the search results.  Click on your profile and then right click on your photo and select "view image" (Firefox).   You should see the photo on a separate page and the url in the address bar should show a filename with a .jpg at the end.  Copy that link to your clipboard.  Edit your directory listing.  In the description (main body) you will find the insert/edit image button on the bottom fow of editor buttons.   In the dialog box paste the image into the URL field and add a description (short) and title (doesn't show).  Select insert at the bottom of the dialog box and it will insert the photo at the point where your cursor is.
