Bridge To Success looks at the whole picture when it comes to coaching and supports a positive approach to learning to live with ADHD.  As your coach, I will provide a sound foundation based on educating you on how ADHD affects so many aspects of our life.  

My workshop, Coaching & Building Life-Long Strategies, is 6 weeks in length, 2 hours once a week.  They are held in my office in Avon Lake, Ohio or via TeleClass.  The sessions consist of a rating scale that measures outcomes of living with ADHD, skills to address communications, procrastination, planning, coping and assertiveness.  You will work on issues that pertain to you and not scenarios.  

The primary tool in the workshop is Plan For Success, a planning journal I designed for people with ADHD to use as both a workbook during the workshop and a personal planner.  

The outcome of going through this workshop is a strong self-awareness, understanding of how to make structure work and self-empowerment.
