Beth Main, CAC is a Certified ADHD & Life Coach and the founder of ADHD Solutions. She coaches adult professionals and students with Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder, helping them overcome their challenges and reach their goals. She also writes the popular "Works for Me" blog on ADDitudemag.com. Her web site is www.adhdsolutions.net.

Beth is certified by the Institute for the Advancement of ADHD Coaching. She completed her life coach training at The Coaches Training Institute, accredited by the International Coach Federation. She trained as an ADHD coach with Sandy Maynard, Jodi Sleeper-Triplett, and Susan Sussman, all well known experts in the ADHD coaching field. Additionally, she holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University and is a CHADD Parent to Parent Certified Teacher.

Beth brings 15 years of experience as a systems analyst and project manager to her work as a coach. Many of the skills she acquired during this time are directly transferable to coaching, such as identifying problems, developing and improving processes, and motivating people.
